About Deliveries

All purchases made through 240 Connect receive free delivery to the North and South Island of New Zealand.   Areas such as Waiheke, Stewart Island, The Chathams and Great Barrier Island (or other areas only accessible by sea or air) may attract additional costs. We will contact you after ordering for shipping rates to these destinations (and give you the option of cancelling). We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

After ordering and payment you can expect your goods to be dispatched next business day. Normally delivery times range from over-night through to 5 business days depending upon location. Orders for multiple items may see the individual items arrive on different days due to individual shipping requirements and points of origin within NZ.

For larger items such as ovens, fridges, dishwashers and washing machines our transport companies will phone you to arrange a delivery time. The courier used to deliver your hob or portable appliance will leave a calling card if you are not home.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure products are well packaged for transit, ocasionally damage can occur during the transport process.

It is critical to thoroughly inspect the items when you receive them to be sure they are free of damage as once you sign the delivery documentation the transport company is no longer liable for any damage. The transport companies we use allow 15 minutes per delivery so use this time to make sure the goods you have ordered arrive in top condition! If the goods are in anything other than perfect condition decline the delivery and let us know asap. Please be aware as you are purchasing a "Second" or "Carton Damage" item the product may not be in its original packaging.

Goods which are accepted but later are determined to be damaged will require photographs of packaging and product to be sent to us within 48hrs of the delivery being received.
